Emerson was baptized on July 28, 2014-- with a host of family and friends supporting her little sprinkled head. The day couldn't have been more perfect, and she couldn't have been more angelic. I could not be more blessed.
What a privilege to have our sweet babies baptized by the same trio of pastors, one of whom also married us. The scenery is strikingly similar, the blue-eyed gorgeous baby girls are eerily identical, and the occasion of dedicating our daughters to the One who entrusted them to us is universally monumental.

Happy baptism to you, my sweet littlest of Es. May you always know how very loved you are, and have always been from the very beginning. We are so grateful to God who created you so intricately, so perfectly poised to fulfill His purpose for you here on this Earth. And we stand in humble bewilderment that He allows us to be your parents.
